I have discovered that salsa can be used on almost anything, and has practically zero calories and a decent amount of veggies. My favorite is to take a packet of tuna and mix it with a couple of tbsp of salsa--it is sooo good! You can use it on salads too. It is probably one of the best extremely low-cal foods Ive discovered lately.

Haha yeah salsa is really good! I mix it with plain yogurt for a healthy veggie dip with some zing, tuna (as you do), bean burritos, tacos, etc. Yum! :cool:
