Most of the posts I read were about lower back pain...
I slipped on the ice while delivering a route two weeks ago. Since then I have a horrible pain about 2 cm to the right, of the LEFT shoulderblade. It starts with a mild tingling, which lasts for 10 minutes. It then moves to excrutiating pain, the kind that brings you to tears. After 20 minutes of pain, the goes COMPLETELY numb. JUST in that one spot. This small circular area in my back. No feeling, and feels as if it should be cold to the touch, but it's not.
My doctor was pressing on "trigger points", which was unbearable for me. That was two days ago, and now the pain is tolerable. I went in for an x-ray this morning, but I was curious to see if anyone has experienced/heard of this before.
Thank you.
