After having pain in my tooth and going to the dentist I have been told the tooth where I have had previous root canal and crown must come out. Here's the question? She told me I would need either a dental implant or a bridge. My concern with the bridge is I would be covering up 2 perfectly healthy teeth in the process of inserting the bridge. Implants I know nothing about and
my dentist said I might not be able to get them because of large sinuses?
Also she would not be able to do the implant herself which makes me leary. So I guess what I am looking for is info from people with bridges or implants.
