hey! well, my fam loves mcdonalds but greasy burgers scare the h*** outa me! for one thing they are loaded with fat (have u seen super size me?) what a movie! haha neways, i always get the chicken oriental with chicken mcgrill salad. it has salad dressing thats low low low fat. altogether the meal has 280 cals and 2.5 grams of fat (impressive!) i was just wondering if this was okay? i mean, it has 25 grams of protien which is very good, but yet it is high in sodium. i dont eat high salted foods neways, so its not like im overdoing the sodium. i was just wondering what u all think about these salads.

i dont go near the other salads because they are high in fat because of the dressings.
Well, I think these salads are one of the ONLY healthy choices one can decide on when going to McDonalds, lol, plus, if you drink alot of water(like your new plan) and the rest of your diet isn't high in sodium, then it sounds great! ;) I never tried this salad, and I think I'll consider it next time. I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich(rarely) when I'm in a hurry and eat it while I'm driving...I know it's a not the greatest idea. :rolleyes: Unfortunately, eating a salad AND driving would probably cause a wreck! :eek:
