My Aunt has lung cancer and is undergoing chemo. She has started coughing up blood. We are wondering if anyone can tell us what to expect next.

My father passed away before Christmas 2004, with small cell lung cancer. I can only suggest that you talk with her Dr. No one knows truly what will happen next for no one is the same.
