I am in my mid 20's, and I may have to get braces to correct bimaxilliary protrusion (basically big gums and small chin - apelike), but I work with people all day, I can't have a mouthful of metal, so lingual braces appear to be an attractive option, but I've also read that it's very uncomfortable.
