i brush my teeth at least 3 times a day, sometimes more, i floss, mouthwash... regularly! but for about a week now, my gums have been very sore, and bleeding a lot! i can barely actually brush my teeth because it hurts so much. eating food is very sensitive for my gums as well. how is this possible?? i take care of my teeth fairly well i'd think. how can i stop this? sometimes it hurts so much it causes headaches... on top of the headaches and migraines i already have, i really don't need the extra help! :nono: i've been trying to rinse my mouth with salt water, what more can i do? i can't see a dentist, costs too much... is there anything i can get at a drugstore.. something.. anything! i'm nearly desperate :D. if anyone has any suggestions i'd really appreciate it, thanks!

I'd try cutting back on the brushing to maybe twice a day and only floss like once a day at bedtime and see if that helps. Also try brushing using a soft toothbrush(if u dont already) and try brushing alittle bit softer cause brushing too hard or too much can cause your gums to be sore.
