I am very knew to the ideas of what may be wrong with me. I have felt foggyhead and all that good stuff since august but I thought it was all in my head. Well now I know that it is not in my head. I have not been diagnosed with anything YET but I am really tired of feeling this way and thought I would give Kali Bich a try since I have read a lot about it. My question is how much should I take, is it dangerous for me to just take as a sort of experiment, and does anybody know a reliable place to get it in Western North Carolina? Thanks for any help.

the reason I ask is I dont have a homeopath and I dont really plan on getting one. Is the directions for taking it different for every person or could you just tell me how you took it and I just try that.

Hi, I posted this in another recent post as a reply:
Just a reminder as with trying ANY herbal remedy, that you should always take time to become well informed about the product, and purchase it from a very reliable source. Herbals come in "standard" doses, however, because they are not FDA approved, the pills or dose may be higher or lower in content than what is stated on the bottle. Sometime you just don't know the dosage you are actually taking. Dosages can vary from bottle-to-bottle as well - even if they are by the same manufacturer.
So be cautious. xo
