put seedless grapes in a zipper freezer bag and freeze them. Then when your sweet tooth kicks in grab a couple of the grapes. The green ones are delicious frozen! I have sugar cravings quite often and eating frozen grapes usually works. Try it out!

Thanks, I'll have to give that a try. So, I just put some grapes in a bag(I like the purple kind), and freeze it? Great idea!

that's right Jessicca! And you have to eat them really really slowly because they're so cold but they taste soooo sweet. I'm waiting for mine to finish freezing right now so I can eat a couple!

Frozen grapes are the bomb but just a piece of advice: Fruit, when eaten by itself, will spike your sugar levels (because of the fructose) and you will be hungry again in 15-20 minutes. Add a small carb or protein to balance out the sugar levels. This ensures the sugar will not hit your system as quickly and you'll be fuller longer.

Wow I just tried these and they are delicious. Are there any other fruits that are this yummy when frozen?

YES! Mangoes. They are the best after they've been frozen and then thawed a bit so their texture is soft but still a bit icey. Mmmm I wish I had some right now. If you cut them up and freeze them when they're fresh, when they thaw out a bit they get the consistency of a really ripe peach.
