i just wondered if anyone else here has a feeling of being constantly lightheaded at least thats what i think im feeling it just feels as if im not real anymore does anybody else feel like this????

Yup. Been light-headed a lot on and off for a few years. Not had it lately so much though.

Does it get worse in stressful situations or 'unsafe' environments?
Do you have other anxiety symptoms?
Have you just had any major life-changes?
Do you eat a balanced diet/ have any blood sugar problems?

The unreal feeling may be 'derealization' or 'depersonalisation'. I get a feeling sometimes that I am not in my body, that it is foreign and everything I look at seems alien and strange. (Like looking at the world through a strange screen or something.) I still find it distressing when it happens, even though I'm used to it.

A doctor can always do blood tests to rule out other causes.
