I have a sneaky suspicion that I may have a eye problem. I have latley been suffering from not really beeing able to focus/ I find my self zoning out.It is just really hard to focus on anything for a long period of time, i find myself blinking a lot/mostly in my right eye. When I close my left eye and try to read something in the distance my eye goes in and out of focus, it also makes me dizzy. I also have light sensitivity. Everything just looks funny as like spacey/like im in a dream. I have had pressure in the front of my head along with a constant mild headache, more of a nusence. I am just trying to figure out what is wrong with me so any help would be helpful. Also when I drink it gets real bad.

Is this all the time, or only sometimes? The one-sided spacey feeling and mild headache sounds like a migraine to me. The pressure in your head and the fact that it gets worse when drinking also sounds like a migraine. You should probably get it checked out.

Hi Paul,
I've had many of the same symptoms you describe. It sounds like you could have dry eye/blepharitis if your blinking a lot and have light sensitivity. It also sounds like you could have some problems with accomodation, the ability of your eyes to focus. And sometimes people with accomodation problems have convergence insufficiency. Interestingly, there is a link between convergence insufficiency and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
If I were you, the first thing I would do is go see an ophthlamologist and find out what is causing the blinking and light sensitivity. Getting your eyes taken care could be the solution to all the problems you've been experiencing.

I'd like to add to the good suggestions already listed--it could be a sinus problem.
