Quick question that I hope someone can answer that will save me bugging my health proffesionals again!

I keep my insulin, both day and nighttime in the fridge, however the ones I have in my Novopen 3's all the time, is there a maximum amount of time they can remain in there as they're not kept cold?

I was told a month. I use the innovo which can't be put in the fridge, and my doc told me an unrefridgerated vile is good for up to one month.
