Hi...hope someone that reads these messages can help. I have a friend in the UK and her son is 14. He has chronic lymphocytic leukemia. He has been having chemo. Im not sure what stage he is at, but I just found out he has been given a year to live.

I have heard of stem cell transplantations, and I was wondering if there is anyone out there that can email me with information about it and if my friends son would be eligible for this kind of treatment.

I have found some info on this kind of treatment, but I would be very grateful if anyone can help me out with more.
