Can Anxiety plus meds cause head pains?? Not headaches but different

Yeah, it can. At least my doctor says so. It shouldn't last forever, but it may come and go over many weeks and then taper off. If your vision is affected and stays affected though, it could be something more serious and you should get checked out -- just in case. But try not to worry. The pain can be short and intense, but try to relax through whatever means, exercise and get the best sleep you can.
