I am starting trivora for the first time in about 6 months. My period finished on Sunday, so am I okay to start it tomorrow? Does it really matter if you start it on any day and not the Sunday after your period?

From what I know you are supposed to take it on the Sunday after your period begins, not ends, so it sounds to me like you should have started taking them on Sunday. You might have to wait until the Sunday after your next period starts, but talk to your doctor if you are still confused.

If you are a sunday starter you should start the next pack of pills on the Sunday after your period. For example if you got your period on Wed you would start the next pac on Sunday. if you are a day one starter, you would start the pill on the first day of your period. You can probably start talking the pill today, just be sure to use back up the entire month because you did forget 2 pills.

You need to start the pill when your hormones are at their lowest. This is during your period, or a few days after your period ends. If your period ended this past Sunday, as in 3 days ago, you're probably safe to start now.
