Well ladies, my temp definitely went up this morning. I say I am officially in my 2ww now. I say ovulation day was Monday - CD 16. Based on my LP, I should start AF on Sunday, March 6. However, I have been taking extra B6 this month so that might make my LP longer. I am normally good about not testing too early. Last month I didn't test at all and the months before that if I tested early it was only once, and usually with a Dollar store hpt. But this month - I will be testing early - every day that weekend. My DH and I are going to be visiting my parents and my brothers, as well as my grandpa and aunt who are flying there. So - I really want a bfp while I am there so I can share the news! They live 12 hours away driving and whenever I get pregnant I want to tell them in person. This would be the perfect time. I was there for Christmas, but unfortunately didn't have any pregnancy news to share. So when I am there in March, I will either be telling them that they will be grandparents in 9 months :) or that I am having a laparoscopy done. :(
Is anyone else in their 2ww right now also?

Jane, I am assuming that you are not located in the U.S. since you said that when AF is due, March 6, is Mothers Day. Mothers Day is in May in the U.S. I do hope that is good luck for you though!

Hi All
Well here I am on 6dpo. My temp dipped from 98.6 to 98.2 today. Hoping this is an implantation dip. My coverline is 98.15. I am trying not to get my hopes up but as you can imagine my mind is running away with all sorts of ideas. I am hoping for a nice temp rise tomorrow. I am having some AF cramps so maybe she has decided to come early.
We have lots of snow in London and DD wants to go play (and so do I!!) so I'll let you know what happens tomorrow.
Speak to you soon
Jane
P.S Four people at work are now pregnant. I am very pleased for them but wondering when it's my turn!

Hi everyone,
I am also in 2ww right now. After reading Laurabelle's post, I think we are on the same cycle. I have a question. My last period was on Feb 6th and my ovulation test came out postive on Feb 20th. I then started spotting (light pinkish/brownish) on the 22nd and the 23rd. Does anyone know if this is ovulation spotting? Has this happened to anyone? Is this a good sign that I am fertile? Any information will be greatly appreciated. I want a BFP!!! Thanking you in advance.

Well Ladies,
I hope we all get Lucky! My AF is also due on the 6th and I would really like to not have a visit. Funny because my father will be here for the first time to see the new house on that weekend. My Step-Mom is funny and loves to give DH a bad time about the bigger house, i.e. it has a room with nothing in it and perfect size for a baby! I can't wait for them to get here but we've both been sick and trying to move in the rain, the house still has boxes everywhere!
Well gotta run,
Susan

Sounds like there are several of us on the same cycle. My last AF was on Feb. 6. I ovulated on Feb. 21. AF is due on March 6.
I am actually going in for a blood test on March 3 which is 10 days past ovulation. I know it will be early, but I am leaving the next day to visit my parents and family 12 hours away. So I hope to be able to havesome good news to share with them. I just don't want to be testing negative all weekend to then come home and find out a couple of days later that I actually am pregnant. So, either way I hope the results are accurate...but of course more than that I hope they are positive!
Good luck to all of us!!

ray ray, if you ovulated on the 22nd, you should expect your af on march 8. af always comes 14 days after ovulation unless you have luteal phase deficiency in which case it may come sooner. anyway, i will keep my fingers crossed that you get no af and a BFP!! best of luck and lots of baby dust your way.

It isn't not correct to say that AF ALWAYS comes 14 days after ovulation. For some women, it may come 15 or 16 days after ovulation each month. For others, it may come 12 or 13 days after ovulation. You do not have a luteal phase defiency unless your luteal phase (days between ovulation and AF) is 10 days or less. Anything over 10 days is considered fine and not a luteal phase defiency or defect. 14 days is just the "average" just like a day 14 ovulation is just the "average" or "norm". I do not have a luteal phase defieincy and my AF comes 12 (sometimes 13) days after ovulation, which is perfectly fine.

i stand corrected. after having done my research ( i was a bio major and need a refresher from time to time!!) i found that a luteal phase is considered normal unless it is SHORTER THAN 9 DAYS OR LONGER THAN 14 DAYS.
sorry for the confusion.

Good luck to all of you!! I'm starting on my next month of ttc (cd2). This month was a negative again. Thinking about trying Clomid or something soon. This is getting very frustrating. Prayers for BFP's soon for everyone!

Dear All
It's nice to see a whole load of use roughly on the same cycle days. Sorry to hear about your BFN Living4him. Lets hope for some BFP's on this thread in the near future.
I am on 9dpo. The wait is killing me. I want to do a test. What do you all think? My syptoms (real ones) very very sore bbs. I have slightly sore bbs from O to AF every month but this month I feel like there going to explode. They are huge and I can't run. They hurt all around the outside and into my armpits. The nipples are not sore. Any ideas? I have had cramps ranging from little twinges to af cramps from 6dpo to now. I am also peeing a lot but that could be the cold weather (-7oc in London last night). I seem to be getting up more at night to pee. Ever since I had my daughter by C-section ten years ago I always go in the night once but now it is about 3-4 times??!!!??!!
I think I'm going slightly mad and its all I can do to resist the urge to go out in my lunchbreak and get a test.
Help

OK, so I gave in and tested and got a BFN. That serves me right for not being patient and testing when I am supposed to. I just want this so bad that reasoning goes out of the window  . My heartfelt wishes go out to everyone ttc especially those who have been waiting for their BFP for a long time because I have only been going for 3 months and I'm already finding it extremely difficult.
I am now going to test again on 11dpo (2 March) in the morning.
Naughty me :nono: This experience has taught me not to test early. Next time I will wait untill 11dpo. Should I be waiting even longer. My LP is 16 days.
Thanks
Jane

Hi everyone!
My heart, hopes and prayers go out to everyone here. I had posted last cycle that I was going to take a few months off because the rollercoaster of emotions from thinking I'm not pregnant, to feeling pregnant, to believing I actually am pregnant to then getting my dreaded AF was really taking it's toll on me. BUT, here we are again, trying this month. I just can't resist the urge! :) It's only been three months of trying, but it really is hard, isn't it? I feel so disappointed each month. Anyway, my birthday is this Thursday (the 3rd) and I should still be fertile then, so maybe I'll get a nice late birthday present this year? Keep praying ladies, I know our time will come!

Dear Girls
Well I am know 13dpo. I tested yesterday and got a BFN. AF is not due until Monday so I am still living in hope. I do feel I have a lot of "real" sypmtoms this cycle. Yesterday I cried when another driver cut me up!! What is that about? Following that incident I cried whilst watching Bridget Jones, few more tears when DH came home after his shift and when a character died in my book. I have become some mad snivelling obsessed TTC'er. I am still having AF cramps (bit early), boobs feel like two bowling balls in the front of my jumper and I have spots everywhere. Just waiting for AF to arrive so we can start the next cycle.
Best wishes to all
Jane

Hey everyone!
I had a blood test on Thursday (10DPO) so I would know this weekend while I am visiting family. I want to tell them in person whether or not I am pregnant, and well it is just not every weekend I visit them 12 hrs away. Unfortunately, I am not able to share pregnancy news with them as the test was negative. It is possible that i had late implantation and so it therefore could not show up on the blood test yet. But probably not likely. AF should be coming on Sunday.
Please someone else get a BFP!!

Hi All
Sorry to hear about your BFN, AF found me last Monday so we are in the same boat. I was hoping for at least one BFP from this thread this cycle.
Well I'm getting geared up for this cycle. AF left yesterday so the BD'ing will start tonight, although I'm not feeling very optomistic as my daughter will be going into hospital on my O day to have her tonsils out but we will try and make the best off a bad situation. Maybe we could find a hospital broom cupboard. At our local hospital the childrens ward is directly underneath the maternity section so that area is full of ladies with bumps. I'm sure i'll be more worried about my daughter but it will add to stress.
This cycle I'm trying hard to loose a bit excess weight because I read in a mag that the biggest barrier to fertility in women is being overweight. I don't know how true that is but I am currently 10st. When I concieved my daughter I was 8st. I was pregnant within one month. I have a sedate job so I thought I'd loose about a stone. I'll let you know how I'm doing.
This cycle we are trying everything, loosing weight, completely giving up alcohol, processed foods, caffiene, late nights, swimming (which is my fav sport) etc. We are trying to avoid stressful situations, negative people. The list is endless but we thought we'd really go for it.
Well here's to the next cycle, I know we can do this.
Have a nice day
