would my spotting be considered my period? im so confused. does my cycle start the day i spot or when my period was suppossed to start a week later. for that has not arrived 1 1-2 weeks late!! i want to concieve soon so how in the heck do i know? ive had such light cramping for a little less than a week. what the heck? if only god could have made our bodies with a little less precision!! lol.
i stopped the pill on feb 3 and had some spotting. my period while on the pill was supposed to come on feb 16th. have not had it yet. would that spotting have been it and when the heck is my cycle to start. i want to start temping and using this new ovulation scope. any help please

BCP can mess with your body a bit. So it may take a couple of months for your body to get adjusted and back to normal. Cycle Day 1 is supposed to be the first day of actual flow - not just spotting.

i got off the bcp in early november and have yet to see a normal period. my first af came after forty days. the one after seemed to not want to come so my doctor put me on provera on cd51. that's a med that induces af. i had af last tuesday ,after 66 days, as expected. now i'm keeping my fingers crossed that af will come again before march 22. otherwise i need to go back and get some blood tests to see what's causing the irregularity. don't get discouraged though. there are lots of women whose bodies go back to "normal" after just a couple of months. hope that's the case for you.
and as for your question, you count the first day of a real flow as cd1.

thanks so much. i hope your AF shows on schedual. i spoke to my doctor today and he said im having troubles for i stopped in the middle of my pack (dumb i know) o well. still getting cramps here and there. the doc said if nothing comes in 3 weeks i should see him but im hoping i will be seing him cause of a BFP! i wish the best for you!
another question.. ive checked out the chinese birth chart but im wondering other than i know male sperm are quicker and female last longer but me and my DH would like to have a boy. there are so many grand daughters i would like to produce a son. any tips you girls can think of?
