Definately see a doctor right away. The bruising may be nothing. But then again, it could be serious. Several years ago, a co-worker friend of mine was changing in the workplace locker room. We all noticed that he had bruises all over his body. Another co-worker of ours said, "Man...you better get to a doctor, I'll bet you have leukemia!" Less than a month later, our friend passed away. Believe it or not, he had been feeling basically alright up till then.
