I'm a hypochondriac and am at a stage where I am very afraid of blood diseases. I've been sexually active a lot recently, and while I can't positively identify a bruise, the skin on my penis seems considerably darker than the rest, no matter how much I wash. Plus my armpits are itching like crazy; I don't know if this means lymph gland swelling or what? This is freaking me out.

Some skin discoloration can occur with overuse of steroids, exposure to the elements/sun, thickening of skin, and aging.
Then of course there are some medical conditions that can cause skin discoloration such as thyroid dysfunction.
Here's a link to MedLinePlus, which is part of the NIH:

but you are not "hypochondriac" enough to control your penis.
you are describing a sexually transmitted disease usually among promiscuous.
you must go to the specialist immediately.
you also do not know the difference between anxiety and hypochondria.
"ANXIETY" refers to a condition you already have.
"Hypochondria" refers to conditions you are afraid to have in future.
