I started taking the 20mg of lexapro 6 days ago. Today, I feel tired, sore, lathargic, I see spots (like the ones u c when u r about to pass out) I have vivid dreams. Is this normal? Ive switched before with other meds but need reassurance. I really want to find a med that works for my panic..any info will help! thanks!

I would break the 20 in half and just take 10mg for a week or so and then up to 20mg.

is 40mg of paxil equivelant to 20mg of lexapro?
