Hi everyone :)
I was on Alesse for about 8 months and then stopped (my bf and I are in separate countries for half a year, so no point to keep taking it). I stopped almost 3 months ago, but it still feels like i'm on the pill!
I still have abdominal bloating, very tender, swollen breasts, and my period has been very regular (which is very abnormal for me, before i started the pill my periods were VERY erratic).
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this happen? Maybe it helped stabilize my hormones or something...?

It's normal. You're still going to have PMS symptoms despite not using the pill.

even though I never had any of these symtoms before I was on the pill? (i would only have a period every 3 or 4 months before the pill, and no abdominal bloating...)
-not worried, just confused
thanks for any input
