I am just wondering if anyone experiences a pinching or dull pain (that seems to come and go)in their arms muscles and joints. I sometimes experience it on the sides of my neck as well. I will sometimes find myself clenching my body at these times and have my shoulders up around my ears!!! I have been through an extremely stressful time in the last month but things are slowly getting back to normal but these pains still come and go. I have had different levels of anxiety for many years ranging from debilitating to coping. Just wonder what you folks think on this board. I sometimes wonder if it's viral as I had similar symptoms back in the fall, but I wonder if the anxiety is just causing it to hang on?? Let me know your opinions!!
