Mine normally is 450-500. I am 48 years old and 5'3". When I was sick a couple of weeks ago, it went down to 350 (lowest), but as I got better it went up.

My goal is 460, but usually I'm more like 350.

my high today was 750 my low is around 10 my normal is 350 im 13 and 5'0

I have had asthma since I was 4 and never did anyone suggest I find out what my "peak flow reading" is. What do you use to test this and where do I get one??

i use a peak flow meter i got mine when i was 3 so i really dont know wat to say. if u feel so u need one im sure u can ask for wat at ur dr.'s or find one online

Peak flow meters can be purchased at the drug store. The pharmacist has them behind the counter. You can ask your doctor which one he recommends. I think I paid under $20 for mine.
