Can you tell us a little more about what type of schedules, in particular, you are looking for?

We read that it helps your kid if he is on some sort of structured schedule. Although I am open for your thoughts in the subject.

I used pictures as well with a schedule for my son now 8 I would have pictures of what to do in the wash room as how we brush our teeth properly to getting dressed in the morning. I labbeled things as to where they should go (coats hang in closet, laundry in basket) depening onthe childrens age as well it may be to young for your child or if they are young use a big picture with a small word... there are also free printable chore charts if you type in (free printable charts of the computer )you can find some and print them off.
Thought maybe this can give you a start.

i think it's hard for us to provide you with schedules, because we don't know what your child needs to do on any given day. i think the main thing is for you to assess what your child has going on, (school, sports, clubs other activities, etc...) and plan it out from there...i can tell you first hand it definitely helps having a set schedule, and schedule changes are hard. as a college student i'm always messed up at the beginning/end of a semester when there are drastic changes. obviously you can't have the same schedule every day, but things like bedtime routines, morning routines (those two especially for me because i have a tendency to "forget" to go to sleep, and am very slow in the morning), after school/homework routines...i've found that if they all happen around the same time of day, and have the same basic order every day, it helps a lot.
