Hello everyone. I am trying to eat really healthy and cut back on carbs. I am ususally really hungry at breakfeast (8:30 am). I was wondering if someone can tell me if what I am doing is okay.
I am staying away from white bread, and trying to stay away from cereal cause 1 bowl never quite fills me up enough. If I have another bowl that is too many calories.
Is it ok to have 4 wasa crispbreads or 4 Ryvita crispbreads with peanut butter on top? Or sometimes I put ultra low fat cream cheese, or nutella etc? Also, if I have those 4 for breakfeast can I eat any more of them throughout the day? Or should that be my only carb intake for the day?
I am pretty active as I work out about 5-6 times a week for about an hour each time doing cardio and weights.
I just love wasa and ryvita. Does anyone else eat them? Oh and has anyone tried putting liverwurst on them?----HEAVEN!!!

RYVITA is a good addition to low carbbing, but WASA (IMHO) tastes like dirty cardboard.
Enjoy them, just count the net carbs if that's your way of dieting.

Thanks Lenin that is good to hear. I do prefer the ryvita to wasa. I think the ryvita are really yummy---and they are very high in fiber, also a bonus!!!

Losec I did that too until I tried the nutella on the crispbreads. It actually tastes better on them than it does even on regular fattening (but heavenly) white bread. You should totally try it.
Sorry Veggiegirl. I know since I tried it I am now addicted, but hey it's better then eating a chocolate bar LOL!!!
Like I said I don't know if you guys like liverwurst pate but that is awesome too!!!

How so? Are they produced in the same factory? Or do they cross breed them?
