Ok, so I just got my first pack of OTC today, primarily for my ACNE. I have never been on the pill before and wanted to go on Yasmin, but my doctor gave me this for now. I know each person's experience will be different, but I was just wondering if some of you could share with me how your first few weeks on OTC were, especially in regards to break outs. Also, are their any advantages to being a Sunday or Day-one starter? Thank you!!!

I am on OTC lo. When I first started taking it I only experienced naseua, this lasted about 3 months and then went away. My skin cleared up after about 4 months and now I have been on the pill for 2 years with no problems.

I had no breakouts with OTC, but I did have some nausea. That went away after the first cycle, though.

One start time isn't better than the other, but the rationalization, other than Sunday being the first day of the week, is that by starting your pill Sunday, you might not have your period for the weekend. This isn't always the case, though. I was a Sunday starter and I still had my period over the weekend.

im on otc, i just started too and my acne on my face was horrible the week before my period and here i am the week my period starts and my face has cleared up dramatically ^_^
