Hello. I'm 14 (15 in may) and i'm 5' 11" weighing in at 147/148. I'm not really overweight, but i'd like to get rid of a little flab i have. I don't know if i should try to lose a few more pounds (maybe get down to about 140?) or what. My friend who is pretty into fitness, just says i need to start like doing ab exercises (only part i need help on.) I don't know if thats right, or if i should try to lose some more. I don't know which one i should try to do. Lose 8 more pounds, or start doing like ab exercises and whatnot. If anyone knows, or has a suggestion please share! Thanks

At the end of the day mate doing abdominal exercises do not give you a six pack they only strengthen the abs which make them a tad more visible. If its a nice cut stomach you want then do lots of cardio which will lose the excess body fat and give you a flat stomach.

The reason i suggest cardio and not the exercises is because you cannot spot reduce as in you trying to lose the fat off your belly so tell your friend that.

Cardio exercises range from running, jogging, swimming and many more.

Have fun train hard
