i have episodes of shortness of breathe for the last 16 years and the docs said it was mild broncial asthma. at this time i dont need any breathing devices or inhalers because its not that bad. i jog in the summer time and no problems. although when i get upset it triggers it. i just went and had a full physical at my docs and he said the blood tests the heart checks and my x-ray on my lungs shows no contaminents of metals where i work which is good.
i received in the mail a result of my xray and it said get another in 3 weeks and come in and discuss the results of my recent x-ray. he said that there is a swelling im not sure he said in or on my lung. he did say not to worry though if it was major he would of called my house and not sent the paper in the mail. he said if this is what is causing my breathing problems that i have had for 16 years chances are that its not serious. any ideas??? does this sound like a tumor? benign or malignant??? i will go back in one week to look over the results, if it was bad like he said would he have gotten me in sooner or no??? of course i worry, other than that i don't feel sick ever only the cough that goes along with the shortness of breathe. thanx if anyone has any ideas.
