I have seen numerous opthamologists about my problem, but to no avail. Basically, I woke up one morning with what seemed to be a terrible eye infection where my eye could hardly open and I had some puss and stuff. From that day forth I have never regained my normal vision in the eye (it has been over a year now, maybe even 2). Its very strange because when I look at the eye that was infected, it always appears different than my other eye. The eyelid is larger (especially in the morning or after sleeping) than my good eye and always appears more tired and glossy. It is very annoying because it always appears that I am tired, even when I am not. To make matters worse, the eye has variable blurriness... which seems to depend on how much sleep I have gotten, and is correlated with the puffiness. When I am very tired my eye seems really blurry and puffy. Because of the variable nature of the blurriness.. it doesnt seem that glasses will help in my case. I really dont know what to make of it, and I am posting this message in hopes that someone out there may know what this condition is, or if there is any solution medically for it.
Thanks in advance for any help. please reply if you have any information at all!
