Hey All,
I have recently just started to workout, like 3-4 days a week. I want to use the Elliptical Machine, because my friend does and she loses like almost 1000 cals in one hour.
Like when I get on it, I think I am doing it wrong, because I feel like my knees are bent and like riding a bike but standing up. Then I have to get off like a minute into it cause it doesn't feel right...
Then my friend said that my feet should just be moving back and forth, it JUST LOOKS like you are moving your feet like you are riding a bike.
I am going to try it again in the next couple of days, and try just moving my feet back and forth. Because I've been kinda like trying to rotate my feet on it, like riding a bike, but I don't think it works that way, cause my knees are like bent, and they should fully extend, but they don't.
anyone understand what I'm saying? lol
Please let me know what I'm doing wrong...
