I'm new here and was wondering if anyone had any clue why I might be having shaky vision? Alot of times when I'm trying to sleep at night, I start to get real dizzy and feel as if I'm swinging (like on a swingset in a playground) and my vision starts to get very shaky. Everything I see is shaking. It also happens alot when I'm just relaxing. Not all the time, maybe a few nights a week. Tonight it happened when I was on the phone, just laying in bed. I have no idea what could cause this. If you have any clue what it could be, I'd appreciate hearing it! Thanks.

Does the shakiness feel like your pulse is in your head? I get that sometimes.
