Was just wondering how you did these? I have bags under my eyes really bad lately and I was reading how this can help. I searched for how to do it but could not find it.

You can use an gel-filled eye mask that you heat in the microwave for about 15 seconds, or heat in a pan of hot water.

I use hot compresses for dry eyes so first I put a hot, wet towel across my eyes, and then put the mask on top of that to hold in the moist heat. For the towel, I use a Handi-Wipes (those reusable, multipurpose absorbent cloths that are used for wiping and cleaning kitchens) that I heat under hot running water.

I use them for dry eyes too, and what I do is get a clean washcloth (very soft) and run it under water, squeeze it out and put it on a clean paper plate in the microwave for about 25 seconds, then let it cool off and put it on my eyes. It stays warm for a very long time that way.
