I gave this guy oral sex about 2 to 3 weeks ago and very recently I have gotten bumps on the back of my tongue and my taste buds have gotten really red looking.......I have gotten sick so where im coughing alot and I have a sore throat and swollen glands.....does this sound like hiv?

sounds like oral herpes to me

You can't diagnose by symtoms . If you're afraid get tested in 3 months and if you're still worried again at 6 months but 3 months should be conclusive . Oral herpies can do all of that even if you already get cold sores it could be a different strain of herpies virus and (YES) herpies can cause all of that see you're doctor and make sure its not bacterial like strep .
