Hey guys,
I just had a partial tear in my tricep from doing shoulder dumbbell presses. I used to do a 100 lb dumbbells before for a rep count of 8. When I went up ... I lost control of the left arm for some reason and the first rep went wrong. Thats when I heard the snap and this was the outcome. I love working out, now I am out for 6-8 weeks from what the Ortho told me. Has anyone experienced a partial tear and how long did it take to hit the gym again? Sucks because I was doing so well concentrating on form and going real slow to work other muscles. Oh well ...
