I am new to this board and after my first post I had some great advice and information given to me. One piece I took right away was to get my eyes tested. My husband has been commenting that I always look "cross" and am always squinting. So I went in and found out that I need both reading and distance glasses! I always had perfect eyesight but it has changed quite dramatically. I filled the prescription for reading glasses which I need most, but they haven't come in yet. Am actually looking forward to seeing how much tension and strain they will relieve (if any) and if they will reduce some of the heavy head feelings. Has anyone noticed a difference with getting new glasses? I have heard that in the beginning they can cause some headaches and dizziness getting used to them, but that is temporary until you get used to wearing them. I am not going to fill out the distance prescription yet as the Dr said it was a very mild case and the reading should be a priority for me.
Thanks so much for the advice, will report if they make any difference!
