Ive been looking to try it, But my problem is I'm not looking so much to gain weight but trying to just get cut and not lose muscle, but i wouldnt mind a little muscle gain either. My calorie intake is about 1500 right now. I eat 4 chicken breast a day and 3 to 4 protein shakes. ( im a picky eater!) Is this a good idea or bad idea???

There was a study at Baylor University that showed and increase in strength on the bench press 1 RM but no increase in size or decrease in fat. Some people swear this stuff works, I haven't seen any research other than the Baylor study. For your application I would pass on this stuff.
