:o My tongue angles forward in the mouth and pushes against the front of the roof of my mouth. As a result, my soft palate muscles have to work extra hard to keep air from going down my esophagus, and I'm talking about a closed mouth. When it does, I end up with my ribcage stinging in pain, especially after a night of swallowed air. What can I do about this? Please, I need some suggestions, T.
