I hope you've been feeling a little better these days . Have you tested yet ? Its very and absolutely frightening having the thot you might be infecfed by hiv or any disease in that matter . Hiv does most of its damage over time and that's why its so very important to catch it as early as possable .God gave you a beautiful wonderful machine to live in (YOU'RE BODY ) and in that machine you have a great army (WHITE BLOODCELLS) and they fear absolutely (NOTHING) they fight , kill . And destroy any and everything that enters you're body that shouldn't be there . But some times they need help . You can have every and any symtom and even more and still test (NEGATIVE) for hiv . Hiv need the circumstances to be in its favore . Did you know that hiv has never been isolated ever . There not even sure what it looks like . Its so weak outside the body it dies in a few minutes .
Its not that hiv is a strong virus but it is a smart 1 . With medications and the help of a good diet and a little natural herbs you can and will live a very long happy life . Just remember you're so (NOT) alone . Symtoms or not mean nothing you have to get tested at 3 months and if you're still afraid get tested at 6 months just to close the case . 3 months is 97% accurate so I'd say that 3 months should be conclusive .

Thanks Lost Spirit. Yes, I have been calmer in recent days. I'm honestly more concerned about my girlfriend than me. I've had unprotected anal sex with her on a few occassions - usually not long, and never ejaculating in her, but I fear the worst sometimes. Reading this board has made me feel a lot better. Did you test yet or are you still in you're window period ? What ever you do stay away from looking things on the internet !!!!!!!!! Its great for many things but its not a doctor or a hiv test . Every symtom every fear means absolutely nothing as you've seen here and read. Please don't play mind games with youreself because even with a negative result you're mind will be so obsessed you will have a very time accepting that you are in fact negative . My advice to you is (DON'T POKE) -( DON'T SCRATCH) -( DON'T LOOK FOR THINGS RONG) with you or her you're mind can play terrible tricks on you (SO DON'T LET IT) just go out and get tested and let (ELISA) tell you
