Ok I have been going to the gym for the last month. I do cardio five times a week and weight training five times a week, I have been watching what I eat and still this damn scale is not budging. What am I doing wrong. This has got to be one of the most frustrating things ever. ADVICE needed. My motivation is slowly slipping.

You need to be more specific....how much cardio (length of time), what is your weight training schedule like, how many calories are you eating, what is your %fat, protein and carbs.

Muscle weighs more then fat. You are weight training and the excercise is also building up your muscles. How do your clothes feel, are you more toned??? You have to have patience, give it time. Don't go by the scale go by how your body is looking, I would rather the scale not move and be toned then to be a skinny fat person.
