hi ,
Am worried day in and day out. am not able to move forward thinking what if.

i had vaginal intercourse for not greater than 3 minutes ,with a sex worker,
had used three condoms . i guess they did not break.it was on dec 29th. and i had FLU like symptoms on feb 2nd or 3rd. i just get feared that is it because of the intercourse i had. do you think i can stop worrying ,or is it just in my mind. it was a FLU season. i knew a bunch of people who had FLU ,at that point of time. i had fever for a 2 days and heavy dry cough ,and some nasal congestion for a day ,and was feeling week for about week . i have not involved in any other form of sex. i feel very guilty and told my wife ,she forgived me and wants to move on. i feel very guilty inside and would never ever do it again in life. Do you think i have any reason to keep pondering or am just
a hypochondriac who's thinking and imagining too much. when i had flu its almost 35 days ,that would be on starting of 6th week.

Please help as am spending my whole time in reading stuff over the internet.

You're mind will either relate to what you're reading or creat the symtoms you're self and that's a (FACT) stop obsessing and running you're self into a nervious breakdown . Get tested at 3 months and then move on with you're life and learn from you're mistakes . We are human beings and we all make mistakes you're wife forgave you so please stop obsessing and making youreself parranoid because avary thing you see no matter what will be in you're eyes ( HIV RELATED ) don't look for symtoms or try to find things rong get tested ...... It sounded like you used the proper precautions and condoms are very effective against (STD) and hiv and I'm sure you're in the clear but to put you're mind at rest get tested at 3 months and then put it behin you and don't repeat the same mistake twice . Please lat us know how it turned out even tho I'm sure you're absolutely fine and the next post I hope see from you will be you telling someone else the same thing I just told you ...........
