For about 3 weeks now i have been doing the eliptical for about 40-60 minutes a day burning 400 - 600 calories a day and then i weight train for a few minutes. I do this for 6 days a week. My eating is good and on occasions i slip but i havent lost any weight since i started. I have prom in 3 months and im going crazy what is going on? When will i start losing?

Its all diet, you have to clean up the diet. Even eating healthy doesnt matter if you take in more than you burn off.

Yeah, diet is a major factor here...what you should do is maybe starve yourself for about a week then....lol, Just kidding! Dont do that! Seriously, the reason for the failure to see results are probably not in your workouts but in your diet. Try breaking up your meals into small but more frequent portions throughout the day. Make it around 5 to 6 "mini" meals a day. You eat only a little portion of good healthy food and leave the table always still a little hungry. This takes discipline, but it will force your body to raise its metabolism and burn more calories. Also, you say that you lift weights for a few minutes. Maybe try cutting back on the cardio by ten minutes and increase the time you spend lifting weights...see if that helps tone you up some.
