Is the old wise tale true? Vitamins make u gain weight. I was wondering because everytime i take mine long term i seem to eat more.

Vitamins don’t have calories. They act like coenzymes to help you assimilate your food better. Take your vitamins with food and try to eat more often but smaller meals. Read Bill Philips book “Body for Life” it tells you if you are hungry you waited to long to eat. :)

Vitamins have little or no calories and will NOT put weight on you. If anything, the right balance of Vitamins and Nutients will help your body to maintain a perrrrr...fect weight. :eek: ;)
