I posted this on the weight loss board and didn't get any responses. I'm hoping maybe someone on here can help me. I saw a commercial for weight smart vitamins that say they help improve metabolism. I was just wondering if anyone on here had taken them and saw and increse in metabolism with them? I exercise 3 times a week for 45 minutes each time (weight training and cardio), but I still feel it isn't enough to get my metablolism up. Will these vitamins help boost metabolism unlike the ones that I'm currently taking for women? Thanks!

The "metabolism enhancing" ingredients are B Vitamins and green tea extract. This is a wate of money. If your diet is in check in conjunction with your exercise, you can easily reach your body's peak fat burning ability.

Thank you for your reply, I will continue to take my current daily multi vitamin as a supplement to my diet.
