Hey everyone,
Having read some posts recently from advanced breast cancer patients, i wanted to share this info:
I watched a show tonight that talked about a new holistic treatment for advanced breast cancer based on some accidental research. It turns out that tumours are susceptible to heat, more so than other tissue. Heating the tumour makes the tumour more reactive to other treatments such as chemo, meaning your chemo can be lessened (reducing side effects).
This treatment was discovered years ago when a terminal patient contracted a fever through an infection and fully recovered from both the infection and the tumour. After more research, it was found that this method has a 40% cure rate of otherwise terminal patients.
This treatment is available now, but you may have to do some research. I saw this on Discovery Health.
Hope this can help someone...
