im skin and bones... i want to work out almost everything. about 4 or 5 days a week for 5 months. i was wondering if this is a good schudule...
day 1
chest
run
day 2
arms
legs
continue....
thats as brief as possible... anything better plz help me out.. i have to go now... thanks.

Need more info. What is the goal? More muscle mass? What equipment do you have available to you? What does your diet look like? You're missing back and shoulders and abs.
One thing to keep in mind is that if you are really pushing the muscles during training, they need 24-48 hours to recover. Muscle is build *outside* the gym. You do the necessary damage in the gym.

sorry... last time i didnt write much cause i was in a rush. ok here is the thing. i just want to gain mass.
day 1
chest
-bench press... incline and decline
(question... can u do butterflies with dumb bells?)
abs
-sit ups
run
day 2
biceps
-crueling with dumb bells
leg work outs
shoulder
run
ok thats all i have time for right now... i dont have a diet... bbl

sorry guys if im being too brief. i can only use the internet at my friends house and i dont have much time. if i work out one muscle once a week then the results will take longer. i think 5 months should be good enough because i am skinny and muscles build up fast for me... i just need to eat more and eat healthy. my friend that i work out with is big and results are showing for him pretty fast because he eats health and works out. thanks for your help guys
