is this gonna work all my muscels? i don't have that much time to work out, will this plan suffice. i walk everywhere in town and do two long rides at a very good pace of about 14 miles a week (looking to gradually build that up). three times a week i do bi-cep curls, hammer curls, press ups (wide and narrow), sit ups, i am a punk drummer (very quick stuff). any areas do you reckon are not getting attention.

Back,shoulders, abs. Consider plyometrics. There are several exercises that employ many muscle groups at once and can give you a good workout in minimal time. Of course this depends on your fitness goal... it si just basic "fitness"? or are you looking to really build muscle?
