is this gonna work all my muscels? i don't have that much time to work out, will this plan suffice. i walk everywhere in town and do two long rides at a very good pace of about 14 miles a week (looking to gradually build that up). three times a week i do bi-cep curls, hammer curls, press ups (wide and narrow), sit ups, i am a punk drummer (very quick stuff). any areas do you reckon are not getting attention.
