I went on a diet the first of the new year. I decided to try the South Beach diet. I had so much fun loosing weight the first 2 weeks I decided to not advance on the diet like your supposed to do. I feel okay. I started out weighing 186 lbs. I am 5 ft 6. Female. Now I am down to 149. From a size 16 to a 10/12. Well this is the issue. I am kind of afraid of when I get to my goal which is 130. I don't want to gain back any weight. I have been really strict with my diet. I am exercising every day. I have gotten to where I sometimes don't even eat a salad, I will just eat the protein, Ham alone. Realistically I think I am eating less than 500 calories per day. I think things are okay, but in a way I think I might be getting a little borderline with something that isn't healthy. Nobody has said anything, because right now I look okay.
Just wanted to voice this. There isn't anyone around here that I could mention this to.
