I have a dentist appt soon. I live in a small town, and none of the dr's around here are familiar w/ TMJ. As such, is there anything I should mention? Questions I should ask? That sort of thing. My insurance doesn't cover dental, and I don't want to spend all this money for a wasted trip..I appreciate it....
