I have found that Bee Pollen helps me with inflammation and allergies. I take it with timed released vitamin C made by Great Earth Vitamins. I have read that Bee Pollen contains a lot of vitamin B5. It supports nutritionally the function of the adrenal gland.

Royal Jelly is a complete food and it seen to help with my energy level.

brilliant stuff the royal jelly. it contains a fatty acid not found in any other food. it is produced by the workers, who don't eat it themselves but instead feed it to their queen, hence the "royal" bit. the royal jelly leads her to live many times longer than the other bees in the hive. advocates of the stuff claim that it is this fatty acid that works the wonders for humans too. benefits include increased energy and concentration, stamina, sex drive, skin.
