I'm 19 now and I have noticed since when I was teenager that I can feel my lympth nodes. They have never swelled up or anything but I can always feel them. At the minute though I have a painful one by my neck but I have like a cold that sort of come on two or three days a go and a day after one of my neck glands is pretty painful. It does seem to ease though if I apply cold water to it. I am just scared at the moment about it all. Please help.
